She trusted and listened to us in what we were looking for. She never tried to push a sale and was only after our best interest. She made herself available to us, around our schedule. She responded quickly and never kept us waiting. We were not too familiar with the area, but Kim is an expert. She got us the best deal possible. She helped us get a lower interest rate for our mortgage by giving us contacts to reach out to. She reached out after our purchase to make sure we were still in love with our home and ask if we needed any help. Working with her was such a pleasure and took all the stress out of buying a house."

"Thanks to Kim Whitlock we have the house of our dreams!. We moved from a different state which was extremely challenging for us since we were not familiar with the are. Kim took the time to explain to us in detail how the buying process worked in PA. We noticed that we were in the hands of a professional from the beginning. She also knew the area we were looking to buy and we felt that she loved it herself. Kim is very responsible, patient and was always punctual to our appointments. In addition Kim is very easygoing and you feel relax and enjoy the process of buying a house. She knew that we had to travel far to PA and always tried to accommodate us, for example making appointments to see many houses in one day. This made us appreciate how considerate she was to our unique situation. We highly recommend Kim Whitlock to anyone even our own family. "I’ve worked with Kim many times over the years. We met at an open house when i had no realtor. Her knowledge, expertise, comforting and friendly disposition made me hitch my wagon to her immediately. At 24, she helped me find my first home and navigated me seamlessly through all of the gray areas of home buying, she got me to the finish line with flying colors. We stayed in touch over the years, Kim was not just my realtor, she became a friend. 7 years later I called her to be my listing agent when I was ready to sell and she came through magnificently. I hired a builder to construct a new home and i settled within the last few months. Even though Kim was not involved in this process, she stayed in touch every step of the way, constantly looking out for my well being. I had a very bad experience with a previous realator and was very hesitant to sign a contract again. Kim worked with me without the contract and not once did I ever think she was not doing her best to fulfill my requirements.I would recommend het to anyone.
